Alert Notification

This API notifies the merchant of Dispute Alert events. A Dispute Alert is pushed by Ethoca when a cardholder reports fraud or disputes a transaction with the issuer.

It is sent to the same asynchronous notification address as the Notification API, with eventCode = Dispute. Use disputeInfo.disputeType = Dispute Alert to tell it apart from chargeback notifications.

Notification events (disputeInfo.status)

status	When it is sent
received	The alert has been received and matched to your store
refunded	EVO Payment has automatically refunded the original transaction in full
manual_pending	The alert is not refunded automatically. Please refund the original transaction manually

An alert that needs a manual refund does not receive a refunded notification.

caseNo stays the same across all notifications of the same alert. Use caseNo + status to de-duplicate.

Return SUCCESS after receiving the notification.
